Parking Information:

● Holland Street West: 2-Hour Parking

• This area is designated as 2-hour parking for individuals who will be in the building for a short time (up to 2 hours).

● Holland Street East: 15-Minute Loading and Unloading Zone

• This entire area to the East of the middle doors will have a 15-minute parking limit, with the exception of the accessible van parking as marked.

• This area is intended to reduce congestion and improve safety for families, for safe and efficient pick-up and drop-off.

• You will notice that the four spaces to the far East are reserved from Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm for Gabby’s Guppies drop-off and pick-up. Please respect these hours to help meet state child care parking requirements and ensure the safety of those families.

● Front Parking Lot (East Side of HCH, off of Franklin Street)

• Reserved for HCH tenants, employees, and customers only.

• All of the Quincy-facing doors will be unlocked daily for tenant and customer access.

● Ryan Street Parking

• Free city parking with no 2-hour rule.

● Quincy Street Parking

• 2-hour parking limit.
